Baton Rouge Concierge organized a blues party, renting out the entire “juke joint” for an evening.   The band played rockin’ live blues and some New Orleans style music.

The party was a 50th birthday bash and the partygoers wanted to have fun, mingle with their friends and DANCE!!

We arranged for the band to play longer sets, and they did.  The party props were set to a blues theme, and each guest received blues sunglasses (think blues brothers!), a blues hat, and a blues guitar bubble blower.

The guests packed the house and danced all night. Food and cake were served.  Even the Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden came to this party!! Now we can’t promise he’ll come to yours, but we can promise you will have a very memorable night!

Guests who attended this party said “It was the most fun I ever had”,; “I had SO MUCH FUN!!”, and they are still talking about it.

An event photographer was provided on site.  After the party, guests were able to go online to order whatever pictures they wanted for themselves.

Baton Rouge Concierge was contacted by a realtor marketing group  “Sports Condos at the Gates”, to provide  a Grand Opening event.

The Grand Opening was two fold, and was to serve to attract realtors who would be interested in marketing the property to their clients, and it was to attract consumers who were interested in buying a sports condo at LSU Gates.

The client already had a great idea for the promotions, but was thrilled when Baton Rouge Concierge was able to assist with the creative aspect for the entire event.

Baton Rouge Concierge event planning provided consultations with the client, and was able to organize the entire day of the event. The event included on-site grilling, disc jockey for a lunch hour event, and live blues music for the evening event.

Trained hostesses were provided to tour the property with prospective clients. Baton Rouge Concierge made sure each hostess was briefed on the particular property she was touring, stations were set up to greet and meet prospective customers, which provided great continuity for the realtor client.

Hostesses assisted with everything from product information to obtaining customer data.  It was the client’s idea to dress each hostess in a referee uniform, which worked out great!

The client was producing several singles events, and needed help coordinating the event, the itinerary, the whole atmosphere.

There was a series of monthly events, and each one was a success.
Each party had its own itinerary, special games for the singles crowd, and of course music.

The DJ’s were hand picked for the specific fun atmosphere that was required.  Dancers were even hired for one event, and that was a real ice breaker and was a favorite.

We did notice several singles that seemed to disappear…..not so single!!
